Refunds & Shipping Policy
At Pretty Slick Trend, we work hard to uphold our values with regard to honesty and integrity.
As mentioned in our returns policy, we can only extend replacements in the cases where our product is defective or damaged. For these cases, the cost of delivery for returning the products is to be bared by customer.
In the event of an order being cancelled, in due time, as detailed in the booking section, you are entitled to a full refund.

Late Or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
We know that refunds are complicated because of the processing times by banks and credit card companies. We would like to ask you to remain patient. If after checking your bank account and inquiring with your credit card company, you still have doubts with regard to your refund status, we are willing to address your queries, which you can send at email@example.com.
In the event of cancellations, we strongly recommend that you contact us regarding the cancellation of the order no later than 12 hours after the time of order. However, we urge you to be swift in the cancellation of your order because once production begins, we can no longer cancel the order, despite contacting us within 12 hours.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 11025 Westlake Dr Charlotte, North Carolina, USA, 28273. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
All of our products are printed to order, meaning we don’t keep an inventory of every SKU available. Typically, it will take about 2 business days or less for orders to print before leaving our production facility. In total, you should receive your order within 10 days, but if you require your shirts for a special occasion, we suggest allowing at least two weeks just in case there are any delays.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees. The fee may vary depending on order value, country limits, etc. You shall be responsible for these fees.
