Replacements will only be considered if the delivered product is defective or damaged. Also, the product must be in the same condition that it was received in and must be in their original packaging.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges if a customer needs different sizes or colors. If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned and you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
